DraftKings Casino promo code details 2023
|DraftKings Casino Promo Code||Not Available|
|Deposit Bonus||100% up to $2000 Match|
|Welcome Bonus||$50 in Free Casino Credits|
|Bonus Valid||September 2023|
1. 100% up to $2000 First Deposit Match Bonus
The first component of the DraftKings Casino welcome bonus consists of a 100% up to $2000 first deposit match bonus.
- Only your first deposit (min. $5) will qualify for the bonus.
- The bonus will be paid out in bonus funds that can only be used on DK.
- The deposit amount and the bonus amount are both subject to a 15x playthrough, making the promotion essentially a 30x offer.
- The playthrough must be met within 30 days from the date of deposit, or it will expire.
Under this promotion the max deposit to earn the full $2000 bonus would be $2000. Similarly, to clear the full $2000 you’d have to wager at least $60K… but not every bet counts the same. If your are making casino wagers the bonus clears at 100% for the majority of slots, keno, virtual sports, and rocket. For example, a $10 wager would count $10 towards bonus clearance. If you are wagering on select slots, blackjack, or other table games, it will count just 20% towards the bonus. In this case, a $10 blackjack wager would count just $2 towards clearing the offer. Similarly, live dealer games, baccarat, roulette, and video poker clear at just 10% ($10 bet = $1 of bonus cleared). Further, craps and other ‘variety games’ don’t count at all. Keep this in mind while clearing the offer – slots are going to be your best option.
To use the above example, that $60K to clear the DraftKings Casino bonus balloons to $600K if you are betting on roulette. In summary it’s an onerous playthrough, but does hold value.
Notably, if you’ve deposited before on any DraftKings platform, including DFS or Sportsbook, you’re not eligible for the first deposit match bonus.
2. $50 in Free Credits
DraftKings Casino is offering new customers $50 in free credits to use on any casino game. They can be used on select games, with various betting increments. That includes a lot of $1 wagers, a singular hand or slot machine pull for all the marbles, or something in-between. This free money offer is a great way to get accustomed to playing with DraftKings Casino.

Who’s Eligible to Play on DraftKings Casino?
To get involved in the DraftKings online casino, you just have to satisfy the two main requirements: age and location.
DraftKings players must be 21 years old. If you’re not there yet, tough luck.
As for location, you must be physically located inside a state where online casino gaming is legal, and where DraftKings Casino is operational. Your computer will require active geolocation software to prove it, while your phone will use its built in GPS chip. If you’re not in a regulated state, you can’t legally place a wager.
Creating a DraftKings Casino Account
For those who are of age, you just have to follow a few quick steps and you’ll be enjoying online casino games in no time.
First, visit DraftKings Casino by clicking on our exclusive download link. Once you’ve arrived at the site, click the ‘Sign up now’ button to officially begin. On the next few pages you will be prompted to provide information including:
- Promo Code
- Date of Birth
- Last 4 Digits of SSN (used to verify that the rest of the info is accurate)
… and then you’re pretty much good to go. If you’re using a web browser from a computer you will also need to download a geolocation plugin that will confirm where you are. You don’t have to do this right away, but you won’t be able to place a bet until you install it. If you’re setting things up directly through the app on a mobile device, you just need to enable location services.
You can create a DraftKings Casino account from anywhere, you just need to be in a regulated state where DraftKings Casino operates, like New Jersey, to place a wager.
DraftKings Casino Platforms: Desktop & Mobile Apps
Unlike a lot of casinos that built their brands through brick-and-mortar gaming, DraftKings is just the opposite, and is already well adjusted to the world of iGaming. It offers a user friendly, streamlined experience for both desktop and mobile based players. Its software platform is powered by Kambi, one of the biggest names in the business.
Desktop Casino Client
You can access DraftKings’ online casino from anywhere using all common web browsers. It doesn’t matter if you have a PC or a Mac, or if you prefer Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari – just load up the DraftKings Casino website, log-in, and you’re in the action. No download needed.
The overall browser experience is pretty simple, but solid all-around. There are just three tabs at the top of the page for Games, Rewards, and Help. Under the default Games tab it breaks down the available options under a few different categories: Casino Games, Live Dealer, and Slots.
Slots can be viewed by most popular, newest, or alphabetically. Ideally it would be possible to view all of the game options at once, but instead they’re sorted into rows of five that you then have to cycle through to find a specific title.
All of the graphics and logos are extremely well designed. The rules and limits are also very clear, and each game comes with a convenient demo so that you can learn the ropes before putting up real money.
DraftKings is no stranger to gaming apps. It has one unified app for both casino and sportsbook action, and it’s available for both iOS and Android devices. Once you’ve got the app loaded up, select the ‘Casino’ tab along the top of the screen to bring up your gaming options.
There’s a clickable graphic for the most popular items, including Live Dealer, table games, slots, blackjack, roulette, and video poker. Below that there is a ‘Suggested’ section where it will show additional recommendations. Once you’ve clicked on the game type that you are looking to play, slots for example, it will display all the games in a list format. The mobile catalog is solid, and provides a comparable experience to playing on a computer through a browser.
While it is convenient to have access to both sportsbook and casino from the same app, it seems more optimized for the former. While you’re navigating the casino game menus there is an ever present bar along the bottom of the app that has links to live sporting events, your current bets, and a way to search for different sports. There’s also a ‘Home’ button which will direct you back to the sportsbook homepage. Ideally these sportsbook features would disappear when you’re browsing the casino.
Overall, the selection, game play, and general use for casino is good. However, the app feels like a sportsbook app that has been expanded to include casino games.
Banking options at DraftKings Casino
As we touched on earlier in our reasons to pick DK Casino, funding an account is easy, which gets you to the casino quickly. Available methods include:
- Credit + Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover – just enter the requested information and you’re good to go.
- Online Baking: Link your bank account directly to your DraftKings Casino account for easy deposits. Support is offered for more than 1,000 different banks.
- PayPal: The common USA-friendly eWallet is quick and efficient.
- Gift card: Pick up a DraftKings gift card at a participating retailer to load up your account the same way you would get a Best Buy gift card to give as a gift.
- Wire Transfers: Use a traditional bank wire to send money directly to your DK account, though they may take a little longer (1 – 2 business days) to process.
- Play+ Card: Prepaid casino Play+ Cards are both safe, fast, and carry no additional fees. You can fund your Play+ card easily with a credit card.
- PayNearMe (Cash): It’s possible to pay in cash at participating retail establishments through PayNearMe. Family Dollar, CVS, Dollar General, and 7Eleven are the most common locations. The DraftKings cashier will generate a unique, single-use barcode that you can present to the cashier at a participating retail store. They’ll scan it, ring you up, and accept cash right there.
- Cash at the Casino Cage: It’s possible to deposit and withdraw from your DraftKings Casino account in-person, at the casino with which it is partnered. For example, in New Jersey you can fund your account at the Resorts Casino AC.
When it comes to withdrawals, DraftKings offers fewer options, but the ease of use is still there.
- Online Banking: Withdraw funds the same way you deposit them when you use the online banking function. You need to deposit using online banking before being allowed to withdraw.
- Paper Check: Upon request you will receive a paper check in the mail within a few days.
- PayPal: It’s just as easy to pull money off the site as it is to put it on. With a few clicks DraftKings will send your requested withdrawal over to your PayPal wallet.
- Play+ Prepaid Card: Add funds to your Play+ card by withdrawing from DraftKings. You can deposit the funds later on or use the prepaid card anywhere Discover is accepted.
- ACH/eCheck: eCheck withdrawals will send the cash directly to your bank account.
- Cage Pick Up: Head over to the partnered brick-and-mortar casino and pick up your cash in-person.
DraftKings Casino Game Selection
When it comes to the overall gaming library, DraftKings is neither the best, nor the worst. It delivers on many of the games that online casino connoisseurs have come to expect, with multiple options for each.
DraftKings features more than 200+ slots, including Cleopatra, 88 Fortunes, Cats, and Tribes 2. There are plenty of titles to keep you busy. Notably, its collection (in NJ, at least) lacks many of the top options when measuring return to player. If you’re looking to play for value, DraftKings may not be for you right now.
Another notable absence from the DraftKings catalog are jackpot slots. Sometimes labeled progressive slots, they offer participants the opportunity to hit an enormous jackpot that grows by the minute.
Table games and video poker
All of DraftKings’ non-slot related games are listed as table games, roulette games, or variety games. This includes blackjack, video poker, roulette, and more. If you’re a blackjack fan, they’ve got several versions to explore.
Video poker enthusiasts will be slightly disappointed at the selection. DraftKings has several standard options available, but other casinos definitely have a wider selection. Unique titles like DJ Wild Stud Poker are also available.
When it comes to other non-blackjack table games, DraftKings could certainly improve here, too. Roulette is the primary option, with a few different variants offered. Let It Ride and Ultimate Texas Hold’em, which are traditionally big draws, are also available. A few craps and keno games are available, but, again, the variety is limited.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games (where offered) are a big part of the DraftKings Casino experience. If you’re not familiar, Live Dealer games are just as the name suggests: an online game that is officiated by a real dealer, operating on a live video feed. It’s as close as you can get to a real casino experience without actually being there. DraftKings offers a variety of Live Dealer games in select markets:
- Game Shows
With each game you can sit down at a table, chat with the dealer, and place your bets as if you were physically present in a casino.
Casino Loyalty Rewards
Despite having a large ‘Rewards’ button at the top of the casino, DraftKings doesn’t actually have a traditional casino rewards program yet. It’s possible that they’ll add one in the future, but for the time being it presents a noticeable lack of value for frequent players.
If you’re looking to add a little more to your bottom line, the aforementioned ‘Rewards’ tab does lead to a list of all of the promotions that are currently available. It’s not uncommon to find various offers for free bets and spins.
There’s a detailed FAQ that has excellent answers for most common issues that players might encounter. If you have a question, we’d recommend starting there. For those that need additional assistance, email, phone, and live chat options are available by selecting the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of the page. The live chat window will automatically appear as a pop-up, next to the email form. For a phone call you’ll need to submit your number and request a call back.
Whichever method you prefer, support is available 24/7 and will make sure your needs are met. In our experiences they’ve been quick and insightful.
More on DraftKings
Boston-based DraftKings was founded in 2011 and began offering daily fantasy sports contests that same year. It now boasts millions of users around the world, and has established partnerships with prominent organizations including MLB, the NHL, the NFL, ESPN, FOX, and more. The company’s DFS operation is so large that its proposed merger with chief competitor, FanDuel, was blocked by the Federal Trade Commission in 2017 because it would have given them an estimated 90% market share.
After PASPA, the federal law restricting sports betting, fell in the U.S. Supreme Court, DraftKings became the first legal online sportsbook to launch in New Jersey. It accepted its first bets on August 1st, 2018. The company now has regulated sports betting operations, both brick-and-mortar and online, in numerous states throughout the country.
Just a few months later DraftKings completed its iGaming trifecta by launching its first online casino product, also in New Jersey, on December 17th, 2018.
